Step away from the busyness of daily life and into the rhythm of nature.
Wild & Well is a soul-nourishing day of yoga, breathwork, meditation and deep rest, held in open countryside just before the Summer Solstice – a time of light, expansion and renewal.
In this beautiful setting, in the open expanse of the Downs, you’ll be supported to soften and drop beneath the layers of everyday noise, allowing natural sounds of life, nature and laughter to become part of the landscape rather than a distraction. You’ll be guided through practices that reconnect you with your body, the elements and a small circle of like-hearted women.
Feel the grounding of earth beneath your feet, the cleansing power of water through cold plunge (optional, of course ;) ), the quiet fire of the sauna and evening firepits, and the spacious ether of open skies. A deeply restorative gong bath will support deep integration and rest.
This is a day to soften, breathe and belong — held by nature, light, space and gentle sisterhood.
Held at a magical place, just off the Ridgeway above Sparsholt, overlooking beautiful Downs, an intimate gathering for just 12 women. The energy of this land feels ancient, freeing, spacious and peaceful. Our day will be spent in the private Garden Spa, with a roundhouse for our practice but also access to a sauna and cold plunge baths. Your day will include Hatha Flow Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Restorative yoga, sauna/cold plunge (optional!) a women’s circle and a healing gong bath.
If it resonates, you’re also welcome to stay overnight after the retreat. This is not part of the structured retreat day, and accommodation is booked separately. There are beautiful bell tents available, as well as wild camping and van pitches.
I’ll be staying too, and would love to share a gentle, spacious evening together — perhaps around the firepit, under the long summer skies.

ITENARY
10.30am – Welcome and hellos
11am – Settling Meditation, Breathwork and Vinyasa Flow Yoga (suitable for all levels)
1pm -Lunch – bring your own packed lunch
2pm – Women’s circle
3pm – Restorative Yoga
3.30pm – Healing Gong Bath
4.30pm – Sauna & cold plunge – this is available to us all day so if you’d like to do this in place of other activities during the day, you’re really welcome
5.30pm – Teas/refreshments

Herbal teas and cake will be provided, but you will bring your own lunch/picnic. There are kitchen facilities, a washroom and parking.
