To ensure the best experience for guests and a smooth ordering process, please note the following information regarding our BBQ hampers, pizza kits and breakfast kits.

Ordering & Delivery
All hampers and kits must be pre-ordered through the campsite. Orders close Monday at 5pm for Friday delivery. All items are freshly prepared and delivered chilled to the campsite for storage prior to guest collection or distribution.

Due to the preparation involved and travel distance, a minimum combined order value of £250 is required for delivery to go ahead each week. If this minimum is not reached, the delivery for that week may not run and the campsite will inform guests and arrange refunds where applicable.

Food Storage & Consumption
All items are delivered chilled and should be kept refrigerated until cooking. For best quality and food safety, hampers should be cooked and consumed within 48 hours of delivery.

Cooking Responsibility
Many items within the hampers are supplied raw and intended for guests to cook themselves using BBQs, pizza ovens, or cooking facilities available at the campsite. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all food, particularly meat and poultry, is cooked thoroughly before consumption.

Evelyn’s Garden and JGK cannot accept responsibility for food that is undercooked or improperly handled after delivery.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements
While every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, food is prepared in kitchens where common allergens are handled. Guests should notify the campsite of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing their order so this information can be passed on prior to preparation.

Waste & Recycling
Guests are responsible for disposing of all packaging and waste appropriately using the campsites waste and recycling facilities.

Menu Availability
Menu items may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability and supplier stock, but any substitutions will be of equal quality.
