Wild BBQ Hamper

The Wild BBQ Hamper includes homemade beef burgers alongside marinated chicken and Mediterranean vegetable skewers. It is accompanied by brioche burger buns and pitta breads, a seasonal salad, creamy slaw, and buttered corn on the cob. To complete the experience, a selection of smoky BBQ sauce, tomato ketchup, and gherkins is provided.

Wild Veggie BBQ Hamper

The vegetarian BBQ hamper offers a vibrant selection of sun-dried tomato, feta and chickpea stuffed peppers, paired with harissa halloumi and Mediterranean vegetable skewers. This is served with pitta breads, herb potato salad, a seasonal salad, creamy slaw, and buttered corn on the cob, alongside tzatziki and houmous.

Wild Fire Pizza Kit

Designed to be cooked in the on-site pizza oven, the Wild Fire Pizza Kit includes fresh pizza dough balls, house pizza sauce, and fresh mozzarella. A selection of toppings is provided, including roasted red peppers, red onion, mushrooms, and olives. An optional meat upgrade is available at £3 per person, offering pepperoni, chorizo, or cooked shredded chicken.

Campfire Breakfast Bap Kit

The Campfire Breakfast Bap Kit provides a simple and satisfying start to the day, featuring a soft white breakfast bap served with local farm eggs and a choice of butcher’s sausage or vegetarian sausage. Butter portions and tomato ketchup are included.

Campfire S’mores Kit

£10 per kit (serves 4)

A classic fireside treat, the Campfire S’mores Kit includes marshmallows, chocolate biscuits, and skewers, perfect for enjoying around the fire.

Additional Information

All hampers and kits must be pre-ordered through the campsite, with orders closing at 5pm on Monday for Friday morning delivery. A minimum of two people is required per booking. Each hamper includes one item per person along with a portion of salad or dips, while children’s portions are served as half portions.

Meat and vegetarian hampers can be combined if arranged in advance. Guests are asked to inform the campsite of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. All food is delivered chilled and should be kept refrigerated until cooking.

Banana leaf plates, wooden cutlery, and napkins are available for an additional £1 per person.

Terms & Information

Ordering & Delivery
All hampers and kits are prepared to order and delivered chilled to the campsite for storage prior to collection or distribution. Orders must be placed in advance, with a weekly delivery dependent on a minimum combined order value of £250. If this threshold is not met, delivery may not proceed, and guests will be notified with refunds issued where necessary.

Food Storage & Consumption
All items are supplied chilled and should be stored appropriately until use. For optimal quality and food safety, all hampers should be cooked and consumed within 48 hours of delivery.

Cooking Responsibility
Many items are supplied raw and are intended to be cooked by guests using the available BBQs, pizza ovens, or campsite facilities. Guests are responsible for ensuring all food, particularly meat and poultry, is cooked thoroughly before consumption. Evelyn’s Garden and JGK cannot accept responsibility for food that is undercooked or improperly handled after delivery.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements
While every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, all food is prepared in kitchens where common allergens are present. Guests must notify the campsite of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing their order so that this information can be passed on prior to preparation.

Waste & Recycling
Guests are responsible for disposing of all packaging and waste using the campsite’s recycling and waste facilities.

Menu Availability
Menu items may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability and supplier stock. Any substitutions will be made with products of equal quality.
